I have been involved with the ECR Retail Loss Group for many years now and I am very pleased to have been given the opportunity to join the board., and the chance to contribute in a different and more focused way. The outputs from ECR have been of tremendous value to me, and my teams over the years and I look forward to working with the other board members to continue to develop the research programme agenda and to champion the collaboration and innovation that the group is renowned for.
