I have been co-chair and now chair for the ECR Retail Loss Group for over 20 years. I am hugely proud to serve this group because I see in our own business and others that we are making a difference to the industry, meeting shopper needs, at less cost, in a more sustainable way through collaboration. It is also a pleasure to be part of a bigger team and network of similarly passionate retail loss leaders from other retailers, consumer goods companies, academia and our research grant providers.
