Ecommerce Loss: Learning by Doing: Dyson Case Study

How retailers protect their reputations and profits through the prevention of and management of losses and fraud is an emerging capability and skill set. In our series of "learning by doing" the working group have had an opportunity to "look under the hood" of many retailers, including Next, Adidas and the Gap, to understand how they scope, monitor, prevent and control losses, through people, process, technology and culture.

In this meeting, we will hear from Kieran, who will take us through the Dyson global programme, with retailers having the chance at the end to ask questions and comment as to what was new, different, some things they might steal and then what ideas they can give back to Kieran.
