Fresh Meat Losses - Latest Thinking

With fresh meat / protein representing over 33% of all unknown losses for some grocery stores, the working group want to continue to explore together the root causes and latest interventions to reduce malicious and non malicious causes of loss.

Expect to hear updates on catch weights, supply chain tracking, hard tags, safer cases, video analytics, controls at the SCO and more in what will be a very well attended meeting.
