Invitation to Participate in New Research on SCO Losses

June 26th: ECR Retail Loss launched our new research project that seeks to update the data points we currently have (about 6 years out of date) on the extent of losses that can be attributable to self-checkouts, both fixed and mobile Scan & Go.

The support for this research has been unprecedented and we hope to have over 50 retailers share data with Dr Matt Hopkins, who will anonymise and then aggregate the data to update the data points, as per the example table below.
