Building on the success of the 2023 meeting, we are pleased to share the dates for our 2024 Self Checkout Summit. The meeting, with hosting from Carrefour, will include store visits, retailer case studies, an innovation showcase, an update on design and round table debates on hot topics such as setting the right KPI's for SCO.

This meeting will be especially relevant for those leaders working on Self Checkout and the Front End, either in roles such as Customer Experience, Format Development, Product and IT, Loss Prevention or Store Operations Transformation.

In 2023, the retailers represented included Aldi, Albert Heijn, Big Y, Carrefour, Coop, H&M, Lidl, Kroger, Meijer, Mercadona, M&S, Primark, Sainsburys, Tesco and Waitrose.
