The ECR Loss Prevention pyramid, borne out of the combined learnings from primary research with low shrink retailers, and the experience of the group, has helped different organisations over the years benchmark and then design their loss prevention programme based around the eleven dimensions. In this interactive session, Adrian Beck shared the benchmark scores from the retailers who had completed the online survey, with the group then discussing the elements they scored highest, and the ones they scored the lowest. For some, the session was perfect timing as they are in the process of re-building the capability at their business, and for others, a chance to reflect on their current programme and identify the elements of the pyramid for focus in 2022.
