Measuring & Monitoring OSA

Retailers have adopted a suite of ways to measure OSA, from mystery shoppers, surveys on till receipts, to online pick rates.

The meeting will kick off with the results from the global OSA survey, and then with support from the academic team (Paul Chapman, Daniel Corsten and Tom Gruen), we will hear in this meeting from retailers who have deployed robots, drones, cameras and data science techniques to deliver new ways to improve OSA, faster and at less cost.

The group will then discuss and agree the key learning points from these deployments.
