To enhance our mission’s impact, we deliver a selection of leadership training courses led by our academic partners. These courses combine our research findings with practical insights, offering an interactive and real-world learning experience.
Participants receive a Certificate of Attendance for each course they attend. While primarily aimed at retail professionals, the courses may also be of interest to those working for product manufacturers (P&G, Unilever, etc).

2 days of academic expert-led instruction, in-person, at Cardiff University, UK. Upon successful completion, participants will earn a certificate co-issued by ECR Retail Loss and the course leaders.
