In my research I investigate food and other retail supply networks from the viewpoint of accounting and performance measure systems. With members of the ECR Retail Loss Group, I wanted to discover the 'true' costs of returns and waste. This group is a valuable hub of experience, knowledge and innovative ideas, and I highly value their willingness to share time and data with me in our efforts to create the basis for fair and sustainable systems.
