Event overview
Retailers are facing growing levels of retail crime, yet many organisations still struggle to clearly demonstrate the financial return on investment from crime prevention initiatives.
Our proposed new research aims to identify best practice in how retailers measure the financial impact of retail crime prevention and to develop a shared industry framework for evaluating ROI.
The research will ultimately deliver an industry report, recommended calculation models, benchmarking approaches, and practical case studies to help retailers better quantify the value of crime prevention activities and respond to increasing requests from CFOs and senior leadership teams to put a clear financial value on retail crime and loss prevention investment.
To help shape the direction of this work, this meeting will discuss the proposed research, asking retailers to contribute their views on the methodology and outputs that would be most valuable for the industry.
This meeting is for retailers, CPG’s and academics only.
