Event overview
In 2027, our SCO working group will be hosted by Migros Turkey, in their home city of Istanbul. Across the two days, retailers will visit stores and hear best practices, the latest academic research and conduct table exercises to learn together new ways they can improve SCO participation, increase scan accuracy, reduce losses and ensure that spot checks / algorithms are highly targeted, stopping the fewest number of shoppers for the greatest lost sales recovery.
The meeting will be highly relevant for retail leaders working on self-checkouts and the Front End, either in roles such as Customer Experience, Format Development, Product and IT, Loss Prevention or Store Operations Transformation. Click below for 2026 Agenda.
